Main Duties

  • Managing user accounts and access to campus technology services for students, faculty and staff
  • Managing the campus wired and wireless networks to ensure fast and secure access to campus resources
  • Managing all Hilbert owned devices (laptops, desktops, printers) connected to the Hilbert network

Note: IT is willing to make a ‘best effort’ attempt to address issues community members may have with personal devices (computers, cell phones, etc.) but would recommend you start with vendor support if you are experiencing issue.

If you need your account information, laptop authorized for the wireless network, or just have a question, stop in or email us today.

Your Hilbert email address is used for all official Hilbert communications. You should be checking your email daily.  We highly recommend connecting your Hilbert email to your mobile device to ensure you stay up to date.

Hilbert College provides email addresses to all active members of the campus community.  Students, staff, and faculty are all eligible for an email address which can be used for both personal as well as academic use.

All College email addresses end in “@hilbert.edu” and are created for students once registered for their first semester of classes and employees once hired. Students will receive their Hilbert account and email information from Admissions through the personal email address you used during the application process. Employees will receive their Hilbert account and email information from Human Resources.
