The Hilbert College women’s lacrosse coaching staff will focus on assisting potential student-athletes with lacrosse IQ, athleticism, stick skills (in tight in the CSA vs. midfield vs. defensive 30), shooting angles and precision, ground balls, communication, and footwork in various parts of the 30s.

Campers will need to bring their own sticks, mouth guard, goggles, and cleats/turfs. Goalies need to bring their own sticks, helmets with legal throat guard protection, 2025 legal chest protector with heart protection, and leg protection (if dictated necessary by NFHS rules), and a mouth guard.
