Camp Registration Documentation & Payment

Hilbert College requires additional medical forms on file to ensure the safety of your camper.  These forms can be uploaded or mailed, faxed at (716) 649-6429, dropped off, or emailed to the specific coach prior to the first day of camp. At this time, we are not requiring our campers to have received the COVID-19 vaccine.

Policies & Procedures

Medications

If your child requires non-prescription or prescribed medicine during the week of camp, expect to complete an additional signature page by following these simple rules:

1. All medication should be given to our athletic trainer at check-in by the camper’s parent/guardian.
2. All medication is to be in its original container with the camper’s name, the name of the medication, dosage, and the frequency of administration clearly marked.
3. A note from the doctor must accompany the medication, stating the name of the camper, the name of the medication, the time it is to be given, and the reason the camper is taking the medication.
