The median annual salary for the holder of a bachelor’s degree in business management was about $66,000 in 2022, according to Payscale. However, salaries can increase substantially with experience in the field.
To bridge the gap between theory and practice, students in the Bachelor of Science in Business Management program receive experiential training through fieldwork assignments and a strategic management course that serves as a capstone to their studies.
Business management students complete an internship their senior year, earning academic credit for the opportunity to gain hands-on, practical work experience. Time and time again, internships open doors to future employment for Hilbert students.
A major goal of the business management degree program is to help students develop a management skills portfolio (MSP). The portfolio demonstrates a student’s capabilities and is a valuable resource for pursuing management careers or graduate education and training in business and related areas.
