Cabrini Grant Emergency Student Relief Form

Please complete the information below to apply for Emergency Relief Funding. Your responses will help us understand your circumstances and determine your eligibility for available funds. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the availability of funds.
  • You must be currently enrolled at Hilbert College during the semester in which you are applying.
  • Students may submit one Emergency Relief Funding application per semester.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee that funding will be awarded.

Please briefly describe the unexpected financial emergency or hardship you are experiencing. Please note: Emergency funds cannot be requested for outstanding balances or tuition bills/expenses. Please provide enough information for us to understand what happened, what you need assistance with, and why this expense is creating a financial hardship for you.
