Applying to Hilbert involves a few key steps, and this information outlines the specific requirements and costs for international and Canadian students. Prospective first-time university and transfer students can find details on submitting transcripts, demonstrating English proficiency (if required), and understanding the financial aspects of the application process.

  1. Submit the Hilbert Application or find us on the Common Application
  2. Submit Academic Transcripts/Records
You must have your official documents reviewed by a NACES-accredited third-party transcript evaluation agency. Please make sure to order a “course-by-course” evaluation when submitting your order. Agencies include: World Education Services, Educational Credential Evaluators, Josef Silny and Associates, and International Education Evaluation. Hilbert College does not offer fee waivers for the foreign credential evaluation.

    • First Time University Students
Canadian: Submit your up-to-date secondary school transcripts/records (unofficial copies are accepted for application review, however, official copies must be submitted before students can enroll). We understand the Canadian grading system is different from that of the U.S. We do the grade conversion in-house so you don’t have to spend money to have a third-party agency do it.
International: Submit your up-to-date secondary school transcripts/records from a certified foreign credential evaluation service. We require a final transcript/record as proof of graduation once you have completed your final year of school is complete. We also require any external examination results (ex. CXC, IGSE, Standard X & XII, A-Levels, International Baccalaureate, etc.) if this applies to your school’s curriculum or country’s education system.
    • Transfer Students
Current college/university students applying to Hilbert College should submit university transcripts up to the most recent completed semester. Official copies of final university transcripts will be required before students start classes at Hilbert.
    • Exchange Students
