The Facilities Department at Hilbert is dedicated to maintaining a safe, clean, and functional campus environment for all students, faculty, and staff. We handle a wide range of services, including building maintenance, cleaning, groundskeeping, and event setup. Whether you need to submit a maintenance request or require assistance with an upcoming event, our team is here to help ensure that Hilbert’s facilities support your needs.
Campus Modification
Any member of the campus community can request any type of facility modification, including both capital and non-capital requests. Please provide as much detail as possible when requesting a modification; price quotes can be included if applicable. To be considered for the following fiscal year, modifications must be submitted by March 15.
Space and office location requests can also be made using this form. When submitting such a request, please include the current use of the space and the proposed use of the space. Please allow at least 15 business days for space requests to be reviewed.
