Meghan Harmon
Vice President for Undergraduate Enrollment Management

After earning a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration in 2008, Meghan accepted a position with D’Youville University as an Admissions Counselor, eventually becoming the Director of Admissions. During her twelve-year tenure, she presented at regional and national conferences on the importance of additional support for students facing school to school transition. She also assisted D’Youville in reducing enrollment barriers, such as eliminating the SAT requirement and participating with the Say Yes to Education Program.
Meghan came to Hilbert College in October of 2020 to continue her work with college access programs and initiatives. In May of 2022 and after a record new student enrollment year, she was appointed as the Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid. In this role, Meghan created a new position in the Admissions Department titled Coordinator for Diversity Recruitment & Access, collaborates with the Athletics Department on new initiatives with athletic recruitment, and strategizes with the Student Finance professionals to make Hilbert College a reality for many new students and their families. In September 2023, Meghan was promoted to Vice President for Undergraduate Enrollment Management in order to continue this work.
Meghan resides in the Town of Tonawanda with her husband and children, one of whom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies from Hilbert College in 2023.
