
Reporting a Crime or Emergency
Campus safety or police officers will respond at any time day or night.
All students, faculty, staff and guests are asked to report any unusual or suspicious incidents to Hilbert Campus Safety or the Town of Hamburg Police Department, regardless of how insignificant the crime may seem.
Reporting a Crime or Suspicious Activity
To report, you can call the following:

Remember as many details as possible by noting:
- Hair color
- Eye color
- Facial features
- Height
- Any distinguishing physical features
- Clothing
- Time
- License plate number
- Car make and model
Emergencies
In case of an emergency, call:
911 or 9-911 if calling from a campus phone
Hilbert also has emergency phones, with direct access to campus safety. Simply pick up a red or blue phone and it will automatically dial a campus safety officer. Emergency phones are at these locations:
