Hilbert College is proud to announce a new program for Hilbert students to earn a Master of Arts degree in Cybersecurity Administration.
The Hilbert College Master of Arts degree in Cybersecurity Administration (MACA) serves as a seamless next step for graduates of the existing Hilbert College Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Cybersecurity—and as a stand‐alone program that accepts from other institutions.
“In today’s digital world, cybersecurity impacts nearly every business, industry, and sector of professional life. The Hilbert College Graduate Cybersecurity program offers increased earning potential, enhanced job security and access to higher-level roles in a rapidly growing field,” said Dr. Steven MacMartin, Adjunct Professor at Hilbert College.
Hilbert College’s MACA program provides a pathway for Hilbert College undergraduate students who major in Cybersecurity to earn an accelerated Master’s degree in 16 months or less.
The program provides students with practical and real-world experiences in cybertechnology and prepares them to work professionally in industries including healthcare, government and education, with roles such as:
- Information Security Department Manager
- Security Systems Administrator
- Digital Forensic Department Manager
- Cyberpolicy and Strategy Planner/Administrator
- Cyber Workforce Developer
- Cyber Instructional Curriculum Developer
- Vulnerability Assessment Department manager
