Please read through the following links carefully and be sure to submit ALL required documentation as early as possible. All forms are due by August 1st for Fall and January 1st for the spring semesters.
Health insurance is MANDATORY for on-campus students and are required to show proof of personal health insurance prior to moving into the residence halls. While Hilbert does not offer health insurance plans, students can view available plans through the Individual Marketplace as a result of the Affordable Care Act. Students will not be allowed to move in to their residence hall until they have submitted all required health forms.
