Receiving an offer of admission to Hilbert College is only the first step. Follow the steps below to secure your spot at Hilbert, begin choosing housing, course registration, and orientation on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If you are planning to live on campus, you need to:
1. Pay your housing deposit online today!
2. Mail your payment (made out to "Hilbert College") to
Admissions Office 5200 South Park Ave. Hamburg, NY 14075
3. Call in your payment: 716-926-8780

Have your official high school and/or college transcripts sent to the Office of Admissions. This includes college courses taken while in high school. For students submitting Advanced Placement (AP) scores, please have official scores sent from the College Board. For graduating seniors, please be sure to see your School Counselor before your final day of classes to arrange for your final transcripts to be sent.
Transfer students can request a final transcript to be sent by contacting their Registrar at their current institution.
It is VERY important that we receive this information prior to the start of classes. Failure to do so may result in a hold being placed on your account.
**Orientation is required for all new students entering Hilbert College.
