HAMBURG, NY — Hilbert College has announced a new multi-year partnership with Hallmark Dining Services, bringing an experienced collegiate dining provider to campus while investing in significant renovations to the college's dining facilities.
Beginning July 23, 2026, Hallmark Dining Services will assume management of the college’s main dining hall and Bert’s Brews, Hilbert’s campus cafe located in West Herr Atrium. The transition also includes planned renovations to the dining hall kitchen and dining area, creating an enhanced dining experience for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Hallmark Dining Services has decades of experience serving colleges and universities throughout the region and beyond, earning a reputation for quality food, exceptional customer service, and responsive campus partnerships. Hallmark previously served the Hilbert community, making this partnership both a welcome return and an exciting step forward.
