Welcome to Hilbert College. We are thrilled you are choosing to live with us. Our goal is to make applying for housing one of the easiest parts of the on-boarding experience.

About Applying
In order to live on campus, you will need:
- Complete Housing Application HERE!
- Please note: You will need a digital copy of your Health Insurance card as all residents are required to have insurance. A photo is an acceptable format of insurance.
- Deposit paid to the Admissions Office or online after submitting the Housing Application.
- PAYMENT INFORMATION - $125.00 payable to "Hilbert College" is required.

- Sign up for Emergency Texting System
From there, students can fill out their
Roommate Preference Form to provide the Office of Residence Life their ideal roommate and housing location.This form will only be used for Fall placements.

*Residency forms must be mailed directly from medical professional.
Hilbert College will always accept residents into housing as long as space is available. A completed application, housing deposit and being registered full time at Hilbert are required in order to enter college housing. Students must also be in good standing with the college.
