Bio:
Josh Bowers, MPA is a Senior Analyst for a Federal Law Enforcement organization and he has prior experience in management and budget at the US Environmental Protection Agency, US Coast Guard, and US Department of Veterans Affairs. He received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Cincinnati. Professor Bowers holds a Master’s Arts from the University of Kentucky Patterson School of Diplomacy and an MPA from the University of Texas-Arlington. As an Adjunct at Hilbert since 2014, he teaches Organizational Theory and Management (CC500), Budgeting and Finance (CC515), and Financial Resource Development (MPA 632). Professor Bowers resides in Clarence, is married to his high school sweetheart, Tara, and together they have six children.
