*Students living farther than 400 miles, are out-of-state or deposited after July 26th can attend orientation on Friday, August 27th, space permitting.

Welcome to Hilbert College!
It's time to become a Hilbert Hawk!! New Student Orientation is the first step in your official journey with Hilbert College. Our one-day interactive program provides students and support systems a snapshot of the Hilbert experience, providing need-to-know information and aid while completing the enrollment process at Hilbert College.
New Student Orientation will be a COVID-friendly event. Each session will have a maximum of 50 students per session. Each student can bring two support systems with them as well if they choose.
Students will spend the morning engaging with faculty and academic affairs staff to learn about the educational experience at Hilbert. This includes reviewing your class schedule, learning about services like tutoring, career development and service learning and begin creating meaningful relationships with faculty in your academic division. The afternoon will be spent with your student engagement team learning all about the co-curricular experience!

Parent/ Support System Schedule
Support systems will spend the morning learning from key offices like Student Life, Campus Safety and Counseling/Health/ Wellness. Support systems will also have the opportunity to meet privately with offices including financial aid, admissions and accessibility services to finalize administrative processes. Let's not forget dedicated time at our bookstore. After lunch, support systems will engage with the academic affairs staff and faculty on academic expectations, resources and opportunities.
Both programs will end with specialized sessions including tours of college housing, meet and greets with coaches and extended hours with the campus bookstore.
