Bio:
Professor Snow has been a professional musician off and on since the 1980s, and as a result teaches music courses, such as The Appreciation of Music and The History of Rock and Roll.
Professor Snow added four year degrees in Liberal Studies and Political Science.
Professor Snow founded and is the former Chair of the “Law and Government,” which contained Philosophy, Political Science, History and Religious Studies.
Professor Snow, the Fall of 1999, founded the original “distance learning” program at Hilbert.
Professor Snow was part of the original committee that created the PS 402, Junior Symposium, and he teaches the course frequently.
