Bio:
I have been teaching since 1981, first in various units of the City University of New York as a CUNY Graduate Teaching Fellow and adjunct professor. Upon completion of my Ph.D. in 1991, I was an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science at Waynesburg College, Pa., from 1991 to 1996. I returned to Western New York and taught at various units of SUNY and then became assistant professor of political science at Hilbert College in 2000, associate professor in 2003 and full professor in 2005.
