Hilbert Forms ECI Advisory Board

HAMBURG, NY - diverse group of area experts in white collar crime and fraud have been selected for the new Economic Crime Investigation (ECI) Advisory Board at Hilbert College.
The advisory board was established to provide advice to the ECI Department's faculty regarding curriculum and strategic planning. The members were chosen for their expertise in fraud detection, investigation and prevention.
Board members are Robert Arkeilpane of Grand Island, president, Strategic Compliance Associates; Andrea Cherenzia of Hamburg, director of special investigations, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Western New York; Maureen Grande of Derby, loss prevention manager, Wegmans Food Markets Buffalo Division; Michael Kogut of Grand Island, vice president and director of corporate security, HSBC Bank; Raymond Mueller of Sanborn, senior technology manager, Teletech.
Also, Scott Patronik of Hamburg, chief, technology and advancement unit, Erie County Sheriff's Department; Thomas Rybarczyk of Kenmore, manager, Deloitte & Touche; Candace Vogel of Clarence, assistant district attorney, County of Erie; John Waller of Syracuse, director of security, Syracuse Research Corp., and Ronald Wheeler of Tonawanda, investigator, U.S. Attorney's Office, Western New York District.
