HAMBURG, N.Y. - A fish fry will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. March 31 in the Campus Center at Hilbert College, 5200 South Park Ave., Hamburg. Proceeds from the dinner will benefit the Joe Meindl Scholarship Fund.

Meindl, 54, of Orchard Park, died unexpectedly in February. His career at Hilbert spanned more than 20 years. Most recently, Meindl served as director of student records and was an assistant professor of business in the Department of Business Administration at Hilbert.

The $5.75 per person dinner includes fish, french fries, macaroni and potato salad, and beverages. The event is sponsored by the Hilbert College Dining Service.
