In addition, the student must complete an additional 2 or 3 upper-level electives depending on whether completing a track or a minor, respectively. Approved upper-level electives include, but are not limited to:
- LW370 Rights, Liberty & Justice
- PH303 Introduction to Critical Thinking
- LW302 Introduction to Criminal Law & Procedure
- EN341 Advanced Writing
- EN340 Professional and Technical Writing
- EN450 Introduction to Critical Theory
- CJ315 Laws & Rules of Evidence
- MGT331 Corporate Legal Environment
Students may request approval of other upper-level courses to fulfill the elective portion by contacting the Pre-Law Advisor. Approvals will be made based on whether the requested alternate course meets the knowledge and skills outlined by the American Bar Association for undergraduate education.
