All teaching faculty in the Dual Enrollment Program must possess the appropriate credentials in the respective teaching discipline and meet or exceed the minimum requirements of our regional accrediting body, Middle States Commission on Higher Education and the New York State Education Department.  These credentialing guidelines apply to all full-time and part-time instructors of record regardless of the course offering or the mode of delivery.   

The following items are required for the Dual Enrollment Program:

• Attach the proposed course syllabus and description to this request form.
• Attach a copy of your resume or curriculum vitae to be reviewed and verified.
• College Transcripts of your highest degree received (unofficial will be accepted)
