Office for Student Success & Retention
The Office for Student Success and Retention works in collaboration with the campus community to support the academic and personal success of all Hilbert students from point of entry to the college through graduation.
Through this process the office provides proactive outreach and intervention to individual students and student populations to identify and address areas of concern.
The Office for Student Success and Retention is located in Academic Services, right down the hall from the Office of Multicultural Affairs and the Office of Mission Integration. Together these offices work to support students as they navigate through the college environment by providing academic and personal coaching that focuses on the development of effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
To further support student persistence to graduation, the Office for Student Success and Retention partners with faculty, staff and students to focus on six action points to facilitate a successful learning experience.
