On-Campus Computer Access
Hilbert College provides each student with access to the college's computer labs. You will need your login information to use any of the on campus computer labs. You can store documents in the documents folder, and they will be available from any on campus computer. Please note that at the conclusion of the academic year, your documents folder and profile will be deleted and cannot be recovered. If you need to retain those files, please copy them to a USB/flash/thumb drive before you leave campus.
Your password can be changed at any time from a campus computer or by email. Changing your password will affect all Single Sign-On (SSO) software systems, such as your campus computer, email, wireless, and Blackboard access. If you forget your password, you will need to bring your Hilbert ID to the IT Help Desk for verification.

Wireless access is self-activated - simply connect your wireless device to RESNET while on campus and open up your web browser. The page that follows will allow you to login with your Hilbert username and password. After your computer passes the compliance check, you will be granted access to the Internet. If you have difficulties or for specialty devices like Smart TV's, game consoles, etc., please consult the RESNET portal or contact the IT Help Desk.
Self Service
Self Service is used to provide students with information regarding transcript requests, class registration options, class schedules, and most importantly, grades. Hilbert College does not mail out student grade reports, therefore it is critical to access this website to view grades received for each class.
