This policy is intended to educate the Hilbert community about these issues and thereby prevent such incidents from occurring and also explain the way in which the College will respond to incidents in the event they do occur.

Hilbert College’s committee on Sexual Health And Relationship Education facilitates and supports college actions in keeping with Hilbert’s long standing commitment to preventing and responding to sexual violence as well as making the campus safe for students, faculty, and staff.
Campus Climate Survey:
New York State passed Education Law Article 129B on July 7, 2015. This law, commonly referred to as “Enough is Enough”, is aggressive legislation designed to take a stand against sexual violence on college campuses. In accordance with Enough is Enough, Hilbert College conducts a biannual campus climate survey. The survey is conducted to ascertain general awareness and knowledge of the provisions of Enough is Enough, including student experience with and knowledge of reporting and college adjudicatory processes.
